A medium sized crystal sphere is generally considered to have a diameter between 4 inches and 7 inches (about 10 to 18 centimeters) 1 2.
This size range strikes a balance between being easy to handle and visually impactful, making it popular for crystal healing, scrying, and decorative purposes.

Some sources also reference medium spheres as those in the 4-4.5 cm diameter range for palm-sized crystals used in healing 7, and others extend "medium" up to 15 centimeters, but the most widely cited range is 4 to 7 inches
